Packages
Instructions
for Updating Your Website Content:
Beginning in September of 2007, two (2) Updates Packages will be
available to all clients who have web sites that have been designed and are
currently hosted by Northern Sky Designs, LLC.
Package I
-
6 updates of information: text and/or graphics
-
Cost: $79 annually, added to clients’ annual maintenance fees
Package II
-
12 updates of information: text and/or graphics
-
Cost: $129 annually, added to clients’ annual maintenance fees
Free Updates
How to Request
an Update to Your Website
Any amount of textual information, whether in .doc or .pdf
format, and any number of pictures may be changed on a given web site, subject
to the following guidelines:

Updates may be requested at any time, but must be made by
e-mail to
updates@northernskydesigns.com ; each individual e-mail received will
then serve as accepted documentation that a request has been made.

All graphics must be electronically delivered (i.e., via
e-mail) to
updates@northernskydesigns.com in either .jpg, .gif or .tif format.
Time stamps should be removed prior to sending.

All files intended for viewing as .pdf (e.g., schedules,
menus, rates,) must be electronically delivered having already been
converted to .pdf format. A free .pdf converter is available at
www.freepdfconvert.com.

Requests for updates should be e-mailed not less than 5
business days prior to expected date of publication. Insufficient notice
may result in requested changes not appearing on client website in a timely
fashion.

Requests for updates beyond the allotted number of updates in
a client’s selected package shall result in client billing at the current
hourly rate. (Tier 4 clients have unlimited, free updates.)

Note: Content of text files may be edited for clarity,
accuracy and grammar.
